RE: Organizing ATV Club in Caribou

Dear Brian,

Caribou has formed an ATV Club.  See the included newspaper article which appeared in

the Aroostook Republican dated March 22nd.

This was a consideration discussed several times during ATV-ing season 2005 by our

club, since the mileage we have attempted to arrange and maintain has nearly depleted

our limited volunteer resources, considering the amount of time required to meet

landowner concerns.

As indicated in our letter to the Caribou ATV Club being organized, we wish to

relinguish all ATV trails over private lands in Caribou and retain all ATV Trails over

private lands in Woodland, New Sweden, Stockholm, T16R4 (Madawaska Lake), T17R4,

T17R5 (Guerrette as they develop).

We look forward to you finding this arrangement a reasonable proposal.  In addition, we

find ourselves limited in volunteer resources because of the extensive improvements

required on some of our existing trails, along with trails currently being re-established.
